Chuck has spent 20 years as a consultant and advisor to leaders at all levels of business. He brings a unique blend of skills to his work through his experience as a senior mediator affiliated with the Harvard Law School Mediation Program; a specialist in organizational learning, conflict management, and communication associated with MIT’s Center for Organizational Learning; and through his studies in the philosophy of language.
His multifaceted experience and his inside perspective on business has helped him develop an understanding of critical interpersonal relationships. As a partner in a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based architectural firm, Chuck orchestrated complex communications between multiple, diverse parties, developing his interest in conflict management and organizational culture. His experience as an architect, a musician, a leadership advisor, and his studies in Integral Theory provide the foundation for his transformational work with individuals and teams.
Chuck is recognized for his work with such clients as General Motors, Electronic Data Systems, DTE Energy, Shell, and Chrysler, as well as small to mid-range companies like Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Neoscape, Spectrum Medical and Combustion Electronics, Inc. He is currently working as a leadership advisor with executives at Apple, Toyota and Trott and Trott financials.
Chuck is also the founder of GenusMail, a new company dedicated to creating software systems to enhance and improve the world electronic communications. He lives in Wayland, Massachusetts.
