Darin has held the role of CEO, Chief People Officer, Managing Consultant, and Manager with companies ranging from entrepreneurial ventures to global corporations. His diversity of hands-on management experience includes leading organizations through major restructuring, managing slaughter operations within a poultry processing plant, and leading the integration of five acquisitions across three countries.
Darin’s specialty is working with senior leaders and teams that must deliver sustained performance within highly dynamic and competitive environments. He combines his unique mix of executive, operations, and coaching experience to help his clients master the leadership and organizational dynamics that drive performance. He received a BS from Mississippi State University and an MBA from Millsaps College.
