Don is a highly seasoned expert in the performance improvement industry. He brings a unique blend of executive development and coaching, senior sales leadership, and business management experience to his clients. His work has yielded significant impact on executive performance in clients such as Google, Yahoo! CroweHorwath, and AXA USA.

He previously worked as a Principal Consultant with Axialent, an international consulting firm doing culture alignment, executive coaching, and leadership development work. In addition, for six years Don was the Vice President Northeast Division for the American Management Association and for AchieveGlobal, both leading organizations in corporate training and development.

As an executive coach, he provides experience using 360 degree assessment with qualitative and quantitative tools, executive summary report writing, developmental coaching processes; and action planning tools. In the area of leadership development, he delivers pre-assessment tools, workshop design and development, delivery of customized interactive workshops, and reinforcement and follow-up tools.

His expertise with sales force effectiveness includes post-merger integration; sales executive and sales management recruitment and development; creating and implementing a telesales function; lead generation and management; forecasting and dashboard reports; positioning and value proposition tools; and segmentation and channel strategy development.
