Luanne Hill is a specialist in organizational effectiveness who focuses on the alignment of human dimensions of the organization with business strategy. She works with business leaders to identify and develop practical approaches to creating the structure, environment, and culture that will enable people to do their best work and deliver for the business and its customers.

She has worked locally and internationally with corporations and major firms over the last 15 years, designing and implementing organizational improvement, change, and culture development initiatives.

Luanne works with top teams, line executives, and change leaders to develop the strategies and capabilities to lead change in their organizations. A key to this work is the development and facilitation of team and group working sessions and the development of effective leadership. As a coach, she works with executives, their teams, business units, and project leaders to facilitate strategic thinking, plan business renewal, build leadership capability, and sponsor organisational change. Luanne’s expertise in “making change stick” often leads to involvement in mentoring internal change teams to build their knowledge and capability to sustain the change.

Areas of expertise include: identification of barriers to organizational effectiveness, organizational design, culture development, and alignment of organizational systems; development of effective leadership and change sponsorship through executive coaching and facilitation of business and leadership sessions; mentoring and coaching of change leaders to integrate the people agenda with the strategic agenda.
