Tina Jackson, MA, MCC, has nearly 20 years of experience as an organization development consultant, coach, trainer, and facilitator. She holds an MA in Organization Development from the Fielding Graduate University. Her areas of focus include Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Presenting With Impact, and Coaching Skills for Managers
As a Master Certified Coach, Tina holds the highest certification level available from the International Coach Federation. She is co-author of A Practical Guide to Working with Diversity (AMACOM, 1995). She holds certifications in BarOn’s Emotional Quotient Inventory, Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II, Leadership Agility 360°, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the Strength Deployment Inventory.
Private-sector clients include Daiichi Sankyo, Kellogg Foundation, Kraft Foods, Lockheed Martin, Mastercard, Mitsubishi Manufacturing, Northrop Grumman, Pfizer, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Primus International. Public-sector clients include Los Alamos National Laboratory, the Smithsonian Institution, U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and many other federal agencies, including agencies within the intelligence community.
She has worked in the U.S., Canada, Germany, Greece, and Jamaica; and has worked virtually with clients in those countries, plus the U.K. and China. She lives in San Diego, California.
